PROFILE OF HON. JUSTICE GODWIN OSARONU OLLOR
Hon.Justice Godwin Osaronu Ollor:
A native of Onne Town in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State was born on 29th day of September 1965.
He was appointed a High Court Judge of Rivers State of Nigeria on 26th day of March 2018.
Called to the Nigerian Bar on 10th day of December 1991, trained at Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt ( now Rivers State University) where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree in 1990. Served the mandatory N.Y.S.C programme in 1991-1992 at Gongola State (Gembu, Mambilla Plateau, Sardauna Local Government Council Secretariat).
Had his tutelage practice with the Law Firm of Chief Kola Babalola SAN & Co. before he established his own Law Firm of Chief G.O.Ollor & Co.in 2005 where he carried out his Private Legal practice until his present elevation to the High Court Bench.
He was a classroom teacher, worked briefly with some corporate organisations which included the liquidated National Fertiliser Company of Nigeria Ltd (NAFCON), a farmer, sportsman and Philanthropist etc.
He was Elected/Installed Traditional Ruler of Onne on 9th day of January 2010.
His hobbies and games include reading, travelling, swimming, singing,
Football, Table tennis, Chess, Scrabble etc.
He is happily married with lovely Children.
Justice Constance Douye Green was elevated to the High Court Bench on the 14th day of November 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from University of Ibadan . She also holds a Master of Laws Degree from Rivers State University. Justice Green was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1989.
Prior to her elevation to the High Court Bench , Justice Green had engaged in active legal practice for over 20 years.
Justice Green is a member of the Christian Lawyers fellowship of Nigeria (Clasfon) . She is also a life member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA). She served as an active member of FIDA , Rivers State Branch, where she held the position of Secretary . Justice Green is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Her hobbies include reading and listening to gospel music.
