Hon. Justice Constance Douye Green was elevated to the High Court Bench on the 14th day of November 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from University of Ibadan . She also holds a Master of Laws Degree from Rivers State University.
Justice Green was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1989.
Prior to her elevation to the High Court Bench, Justice Green had engaged in active legal practice for over 20 years.
Justice Green is a member of the Christian Lawyers fellowship of Nigeria (Clasfon). She is also a life member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA). She served as an active member of FIDA, Rivers State Branch, where she held the position of Secretary. Justice Green is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Her hobbies include reading and listening to gospel music.
